At TrueNorth Mycology, we take pride in providing high-quality mushroom cultures. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any cultures, agar plates, or syringes.
Contamination Guarantee
If any culture syringe, or agar plate product arrives contaminated, we will gladly replace the item free of charge.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the contamination
- The product name
Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at:

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with contamination or damage, we will provide a replacement instead.
Shipping Issues
TrueNorth Mycology is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
