Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • Other regional carriers when appropriate

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, TrueNorth Mycology is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

TrueNorth Mycology is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Shipping Conditions

Our cultures are packaged carefully to protect them during transit. However, we cannot guarantee conditions during shipping once the package leaves our facility.
